The subject of Corporate Governance and Business Strategy has been designed for you to identify the main corporate objectives, carry out a complete strategic analysis and choose the most appropriate strategy to achieve them.

Leadership, Team Management and Digital Transformation, focuses on exploring the bases for managing teams, face successful organizational changes, retain talent and contribute to your team developing and growing professionally.

International Legal and Tax Framework aims, not only to know and manage the main regulatory sources applied in international trade and investment, but also to address aspects as important as corruption in international business.

 

Mastering Human Resources

We will delve into key factors in this module, enhancing the necessary instruments and knowledge to lead and create value from the HR area. There is special emphasis on the contents of emerging topics that will have an impact both on the present and future within your organization.

 

We will present the global human resources strategy and management and the latest trends to face the challenges of digital and cultural transformation.
SCR, together with the study of appropriate business policies, are imperative when it comes to achieving a good corporate image. It is vitally important that a good leader knows what are the SDGs, as well as the 2030 agenda and why it is important for business.
International Human Resources Policies and Methods, seeks to deepen the processes by which the best talent is attracted and retained. We will present you key topics such as people development (both personnel and professionally), conflict resolution, motivation, emotional intelligence and empowerment.
The content of this subject covers essential aspects as strategies for the development of egalitarian and multicultural work environments and innovation in personnel selection. Besides, you will know how to create a good working environment and the promotion of collaborative work.
When a good leader has to improve communication with and between their teams, it is necessary to know critical aspects such as those that will be analysed in this module: types of communication, new tools to improve understanding, analysis and new trends.
Facing the challenge of managing high performing teams, includes essential areas to focus on, especially regarding emotional intelligence, trust, clear objectives and processes and consider feedback as a priority within the team.

 

Management 360º

Another of the bases of this Master, common to all participants, focuses on the module 360º Management, which allows developing the process by which a company with its own resources can compete with established companies.

 

According to B.O. Wheeler, the meaning of Business Finance “includes those business activities that are concerned with the acquisition and conservation of capital funds in meeting the financial needs and overall objectives of a business enterprise.” Therefore, this subject will include topics such as: sources of financing, analysis of financial statements, selection of investments and financing, diagnosis, planning and control, treasury and risk management, derivative products for risk coverage, external audit, valuation of financial instruments, portfolio management, financial markets, the potential of new technologies in the financial area, finance and big data.

This subject is focused on learning how to be disruptive within the business sector, how to carry out a good strategic analysis of innovation and disruption and learn how to apply an innovation strategy focused on real results. In addition, the main innovation policies, innovation typologies and processes, change management, innovation management, emerging technologies and identification of market opportunities will be analysed.

 

Market Research and Data Analysis

This subject has two objectives. The first one is to learn the features of quantitative and qualitative market research, the way to manage research projects and the use of appropriate tools. The second objective is aimed at measuring results and data analysis, analysis and metrics on the Internet, data presentation and main applications for market research.

The Project Management Office (PMO), from minute zero of the program, provides training, assistance and tools for the achievement of complex strategic, tactical or operational projects.
