Yolanda Díaz

Yolanda Díaz is currently Founder of Idea BE hubs and Director of the Startups Tech area at the HR Tech HUB. She is also a mentor at EWA Program in the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), and Associate Professor at several universities. She is also Co-founder of WA4STEAM (Asoc. Intl Women Business Angels).

In addition, she has more than 15 years of experience in HR and management of both academic and professional in multinational environment: Grupo Aviva (dept. Planning and Strategic Development of Commercial Networks, in the area of selection), Havas Media Group (HR Manager), and Phi Biosfera Corp. (Organization Director).

Yolanda has a Degree in Social Psychology (University of Seville) and a Degree in Marketing (University of Seville. 2010).  She completed the course “Psychology of work and Professional Development” at the University College, Dublin. (Ireland. 1998). She also has a Master Degree in Employment Law. (IE Law School. 2011).
