* In the event the student pays for the entire programme at a price that is different from that indicated on the website (due to the application of scholarships or grants), the discount for early payment will be 5% of the final price to be paid.

Core Modules: Fundamentals of Management

Technological change, shifting patterns of global trade, and geopolitical tensions are leading to rapid changes in the world economy. Yet these global changes are felt very differently in local, urban, and regional economies across the advanced, emerging, and developing world. Throughout this module, you will focus on understanding both regional & global markets, as well as the basic concepts that mark today’s trade and business operations.

“The increasing openness and interdependence between countries” could be a simple definition of Globalization. The field of finance and economics have the lead in this process. This has many implications that changed the whole course of economic movement across entities. The module provides students with a theoretical and practical understanding of how business strategy can be formulated in the light of environmental and internal conditions, with a particular emphasis on the international context of strategy making.

This module equips students with a careful understanding of the disruption process, which is frequently misunderstood. We do so by combining cutting-edge research, current business trends, case studies, and group projects. The module also introduces students to the notions of design and design thinking as solutions to the innovation problem and integrations of the disruption process.

This module delves into crucial leadership principles, emphasizing practical applications. It delivers a comprehensive understanding of leadership dynamics and expertise to lead and manage teams effectively in diverse professional settings.You will understand the concept of CSR and a plethora of similar terms (SDG, sustainability, ESG, etc.), as well as the causes that make CSR relevant today.
Corporate Governance is specially designed for the postgraduate study of such areas as management, finance, financial law, corporate law, economics, and related subjects. The module is designed to increase the depth of your understanding of corporate governance issues. As corporate governance is a multi-disciplinary subject – covering such topics as law, politics, management, finance, marketing, human resources, and economics – you will find that the module will add to previous study of any of these disciplines.
Corporate communications professionals play a critical role in how organizations are perceived among both internal and external audiences. Their function encompasses media and public relations, internal employee communications, and crisis communications — which are becoming more essential than ever to manage in today’s age of social media wildfire.
In today’s competitive landscape, businesses are leveraging data as a critical asset to drive innovation and strategic decisions. As more organizations move toward digital transformation, gathering, organizing, and analyzing data becomes essential for creating actionable insights.
This module will help participants understand the fundamentals of data analysis with a strong focus on its application in business scenarios, empowering them to make data-driven decisions that enhance organizational performance.
The focus of the module is to help students understand the evolution, implementation, and impact of new technologies. This module is intended to introduce you to the work of business consultants and identify the competencies you will require to apply for a career in consultancy.

This module addresses the nature, content, and structure of the challenging international legal framework. Our approach includes specialized negotiation, preparation of contracts, and dispute settlement processes. It also deals with different rules of law, paying particular attention to how the legal system manages various facets of globalization through formal and informal sources of law.

International Conference Program


 

As part of your Master’s Program, we will welcome professors from international universities who will hold special seminars for our students on topics ranging from negotiation to international markets.

Those who attend the international conferences and submit a 2000-word essay with a “Pass” grade will receive a certificate of attendance. For this, you must turn in the essay by email to your Coordinator within the next 14 days of the lecture.
