Professor, specialising in human resources and in the development of personal and professional skills in university degrees and master’s degrees.

Trainer and executive and team coach, she collaborates with different companies from various sectors, educational centres and individuals in projects related to the improvement and growth of people.

PhD student in Educational Sciences (Blanquerna, URL: she will defend her thesis in September 2021).

Certified Coach by the European Coaching School (EEC) and PCC by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with more than 800 hours of experience. Founding member of the International Network for Emotional Education and Wellbeing (RIEEB). Certified in Positive Discipline and member of the ADPE. Certified facilitator in Bridge and Sikkhona, models for energising groups and work teams.
