Biography

Head of Recruitment LATAM (Interim), Spain, Portugal, Benelux & Biosimilar HQ (Switzerland) based in Madrid, Duran is responsible for recruiting and selecting the best in class active and passive candidates for multiple role levels, across the LATAM & EMEA Region with main focus on the Spanish, Swiss, Portuguese & Benelux organizations, specializing in the field of Healthcare.

In this role, he works closely with Hiring Managers, HR Leads and teams in the EMEA & LATAM region and the European Talent Acquisition team.

Duran holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the École Supérieure de Commerce et de Management (ESCEM).
