Rodolfo Gilmartin Pérez

Director at Andersen in the Public and Regulatory Law area of the Madrid office. Previously, he worked at Gilmartin Abogados, Enresa, RTVE and Mercasa.

He has extensive experience in legal advice in civil and commercial matters, specialising in Administrative Law and Procurement, among others in regulated sectors such as nuclear energy and audiovisual. He has been the representative of RTVE in the Legal & Policy Committee of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU/UER), Secretary of the Procurement Committee and of the Contracting Board of Mercasa and Secretary of the Compliance and Criminal Prevention Committee of Enresa.

In the academic field: Degree in Law and Diploma as Legal Advisor to Companies, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE); Diploma in Real Estate Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Master’s Degree in Public Procurement, Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
