Iñigo Rodriguez-Sastre


Biography


Partner of Andersen and Co-Managing Partner of the firm in Spain, as well as head of the Arbitration area and member of the Board of Directors of Andersen in Spain. Previously, he worked at Clifford Chance and Baker & McKenzie.

He specialises in litigation, civil and commercial law, acting in contentious proceedings before ordinary courts as well as national and international arbitration. Since 2012, Iñigo has been highlighted in the area of Litigation by the legal publications The Legal 500, Chambers and Partners and Best Lawyers.

Iñigo is also founder and partner of companies such as Fleet Street, dedicated to the translation of legal texts; Icar Aeroyas, focused on aerial work, and Earthunited, an international solidarity platform to help those most in need.

In the academic field, he holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Business Legal Consultancy from the IE Business School. He is the author of numerous publications, as well as a regular speaker at seminars. He is a lecturer in Procedural Law and Arbitration at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the Instituto de Empresa. He is also a regular contributor to conferences on Procedural Law and Arbitration at the Fundación de Investigación Derecho y Empresa in Madrid.
