Fernando Chica Cepeda

Lecturer with an academic background in Law, Economics and Business. He is currently pursuing his doctorate at the Universitat de Girona and has obtained several master’s degrees at renowned international institutions, such as the Università di Pisa, the Università degli Studi di Genova and the Universitat d’Alacant. His experience as a professor is wide and varied, teaching courses at ESERP Business & Law School Barcelona, Universitat de Girona, Dalian University (China), among other institutions of public order in Catalonia, among others.

He has led numerous research projects and held coordination and academic management roles at the University of Girona, in partnership with several Chinese and Latin American universities. In addition to his career in academia, he has served as legal and administrative advisor in entities such as the Senate of the Republic of Colombia and the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University.

Throughout his career, he has participated as a juror and examiner in multiple thesis and research committees. He has also presented papers at international congresses in Brazil, China, Spain, Italy and Colombia, especially on issues of law, history and indigenous justice.
