Biography
PhD cum laude by unanimous decision from the UCM. In the practice of law, I have focused my professional work on the areas of procedural law and arbitration, participating in the handling of numerous litigations related to international construction and engineering projects, turnkey contracts, renewable energies, railway infrastructure, distribution contracts, quantity claims, banking law and the protection of foreign investment. Together with legal practice, I have carried out extensive teaching work as a professor of Private International Law, International Business Law and Arbitration at the main Spanish universities, aimed at both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
