Dr. Movahedi has operated as a special Magistrate in Miami Beach, Florida (USA) and CEO and Owner of Movahedi Law Group.

Also he has collaborated with the International Agency of the USA for the international development of Almaty, former CEO and Owner of Mova Lounges in Washington and Miami.

Conferred a doctorate in Law (specialty in International law) and Master of Laws (specialty in International and Comparative Law) by the University of Georgetown (USA).

MBA by George Washington University – School of Business.

Bachelor in Political Sciences by Stony Brook University.
