Biography
Álvaro Martín is currently Head of Compliance at Andersen’s Madrid office. Previously, he worked at Olleros Abogados and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He is a specialist in criminal law and has been involved in various important legal proceedings and in negotiations for the resolution of conflicts.
He has also advised clients on compliance with the obligations arising from the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism and has extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of Crime Prevention Programmes for legal entities.
