Rafael Oliver Cuello

Professor of Financial and Tax Law. Director of the Research Observatory and Quality Coordinator at ESERP. His lines of research focus on Internet Taxation, Electronic Tax Administration and Tax Procedures. He is part of the Consolidated Research Group on Taxation, Labour Relations and Business. He has been accredited with 4 sexenios of research. He has extensive teaching experience at various universities and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
