Her professional career began linked to the tourism world in the Norwegian Tourism Council and at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, as a Product Assistant and Marketing Assistant, respectively. At the same time she completed market studies for companies such as ASETRA or Telefónica Spain. She began her career as a professor in 2005 at ESERP, breaking contact with the association in order to finish her doctoral thesis in 2008. She then began teaching again at the School in 2012, the same year in which she obtained her PhD in Strategy and Marketing. Mª Luisa Fanjul has a University Degree in Political Sciences and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid, MBA from the Antonio de Nebrija University and Expert in Tourism and Marketing from the UNED. She collaborates as an analysts for matters concerning terrorism with the CESEDEM, writing research articles, and recently she has published her first book outside of the academic world.
