Director of Organizational Development at Amadip Esment Fundació. HR Professional, with specialization in Organizational Development, Culture, Talent, Employer Branding, Performance Evaluation, Leadership, Executive Coaching and Teams.
She has an international trajectory (Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany and Chile), wide and varied experience, acquired mainly in the private and multinational company (banking, tourism), although at present she is dedicated to the third sector (Responsible for Organizational Development in Amadip Esment Foundation), solid training and experience also in Marketing and Communication. In addition, she has been awarded at Barclays Bank (London) with the “Team leader of the year” award, Barclays Marketing Awards 2004.
