On a professional level, it stands out: He is Global Guest Experience Manager of Meliá & Innside Brand, at Meliá Hotels International.12 years in the hospitality sector; in the last 7 years he has worked in the area of customer experience, from three different perspectives: hotel, regional and global. Currently, in a more strategic role, he is in charge of ensuring that the brand strategy is tangible in the product, developing attributes inherent in the brand; defining the product lines and service standards that impact the customer experience in the most positive way, always keeping the brand promise.
