Biography

Currently serving aHead of Data Privacy & Digital AI Policies at Sandoz, Barcelona, Prof. Blasi has Previously worked as Data Protection Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim (2018-2023), managing privacy compliance and policies.

Worked in the Supervision & Enforcement Department at the European Data Protection Supervisor in Brussels (2011), contributing to EU-wide privacy regulations.and he is 3rd Vice President of the Spanish Professional Association of Privacy (APEP) since May 2016, actively contributing to the development and promotion of data privacy standards.

Specialized in IT, intellectual property, and data protection law, with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance. Proven ability to educate and guide professionals in data protection and digital privacy through academic and professional training programs.

Demonstrated innovation in developing privacy-focused technological solutions, such as the award-winning NEPCOM app.
