All students enrolled in the Online University Master of Laws in Legal Practice at ESERP will be able to do an internship at one of the Andersen Tax&Legal offices.

(Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Bilbao).

ESERP may also sign internship agreements with other firms nationwide, with the aim of facilitating access to internships for all students.

Access Requirements

Pursuant to regulations, ESERP will allow students access to this Master’s Degree who can prove they are in possession of any of the following university degrees:
• Bachelor of Laws Degree.
• Equivalent University Degree that meets the requirements established in Art. 3 of RD 775/2011, of June 3. In other words, a University Degree whose evaluation report (issued by ANECA or by the evaluation bodies in the Spanish autonomous communities involved in the degree verification process) expressly states the accreditation of the acquisition of the legal competencies listed in Art. 3.1 of RD 775/2011.
• Non-EU university degrees, recognised as such by the competent academic authorities in the country of origin, bearing the name of a Law Degree or equivalent, and that accredit the student has acquired the sufficient legal competencies, according to ESERP’s academic authorities, in order to participate in the programme.
In any case, in order for the student who successfully completes the Master’s Degree to be able to practice as a lawyer, in addition to being in possession of the Bachelor of Laws Degree, they must pass the professional aptitude assessment test given by the Ministry of Justice, and register in the corresponding Bar Association. Thus, admission to the Master’s Degree will in no case involve the modification of any of the academic and, where appropriate, professional implications corresponding to the previous degree that the interested party holds, nor its recognition for purposes other than that of studying the Master’s Degree.

* In the event the student pays for the entire programme at a price that is different from that indicated on the website (due to the application of scholarships or grants), the discount for early payment will be 5% of the final price to be paid.
* The 5% discount for early payment will also be applied to those students who, after paying the enrolment fee, decide to pay for the rest of the programme before it starts. In this case, the discount will applied to the remaining amount that is pending payment.
