Why study a Master of Laws in Legal Practice?

The Official University Master of Laws in Legal Practice offers compulsory professional training to all those jurists who wish to practice law, in accordance with Royal Decree 775/2011 on access to the legal profession.

The educational content of the Master of Laws in Legal Practice is adapted to the requirements of the European Higher Education Area and guarantees an ongoing effort to improve management skills and the optimal development of attitudes such as initiative, teamwork or critical capacity.

The ESERP Master’s Degree puts a special emphasis on the development of professional skills, always based on the most up-to-date knowledge that will allow the student to apply the latest techniques and tools in a strategic way. To do so, we rely on a faculty of specialists composed of professionals who bring real-life legal problems into the classroom.

At ESERP, we apply a dynamic and active teaching system, using pedagogical instruments such as the case study and simulation methodologies, which allows the student to understand and develop skills in order to adapt to the changing reality faced by lawyers, where it is very important to be familiar with and evaluate the responsibilities associated with the practice of law, which includes promoting the lawyer’s social responsibility.
