Objectives


PMO AND SUPPORT:

Throughout the program, the activities will proceed in parallel, focusing on each of the students’ professional projects. Thus, during the final part of the program, a consulting phase will be carried out for each student’s personalised project.

This consulting activity will be specific to each project, and its purpose is to help the students apply all the knowledge they have acquired during the program to their real-life projects and establish an effective working plan for their current business idea, and all future ones.

This consulting activity is divided into 4 phases:

  • Analysis of the current situation versus the ideal situation.
  • Identification and monitoring of aspects of ideal changes.
  • Specific action plans for executing the proposed changes.
  • Analysis of the improvement index for the actions carried out.
